COVID 19 UPDATE

Can I still shop?

For the health and safety of our staff, customers, partners and the public in regard to the public health emergency, we've taken the decision to temporarily pause delivery services and close our store fulfilment.

However, you can continue to shop at seftonfashion.com and have your order delivered once our store reopens.

 

Here’s how it works:

- We'll still be accepting online orders. You can add items to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout as usual.

- We'll ship your purchase as soon as our store reopens in the near future.

- You'll be able to cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped by emailing your name and order number to orders@seftonfashion.com

- To give you time, we've also extended our return period to 28 days from when the store reopens.

You can cancel your order at any time before the order is shipped by emailing orders@seftonfashion.com with your order number.

Why is my order delayed?

For the health and safety of our staff and customers, in regard to the public health emergency, we've taken the decision to currently hold all delivery. As a result, your order will be dispatched once our store reopens.

You will receive updated shipping information when the order is dispatched.

If you’d like to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before your order is shipped.

I can’t return my order; will you still accept it after 28 days?

All orders placed after 21st March will have an extended returns period of 30 days from the store reopening. If you have an order already, please hang onto it and return it back to us once we reopen.

International Customers

We offer competitive and even free shipping options worldwide. We offer both DHL Express and alternative tracked mail services. Delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight and destination once you reach the checkout.

Please note, we can not deliver to PO BOX address'. due to EU health & safety legislation, we cannot ship flammable products or liquids outside of the EU.


Estimated international delivery times may vary depending on shipping destination and are only a guide. We are not responsible for any delays due to orders being undeliverable or customs clearance (outside the EU).
