Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, we accept refunds or exchanges if returned within 14 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items should be returned unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received them in.

We will not accept any returns if there are signs that the item has been worn/washed and is not in a resalable condition.

Products must still have their original packaging with their respective brand tags still attached.

UK Returns:

Sefton offers free returns for our UK customers through Collect+ You can drop your return off at one of the 7500 Collect+ Convenience Stores, you can find your local Collect+ Store HERE.

In order to arrange your free return please CLICK HERE and fill in required fields to receive your free returns docket. Please include Name, Order Number and Reason when returning your item.

 International Returns:

All international returns must be covered by the customer. We recommend that when returning goods to us you ship them via a trackable/signed for method with insurance, as Sefton does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
