COVID 19 Update

We are currently not accepting returns. Please hold onto your order until the store reopens and safely return it for a refund then.


I can’t return my order; will you still accept it after 28 days?


All orders placed after 21st March will have an extended returns period of 30 days from the store reopening. If you have an order already, please hang onto it and return it back to us once we reopen.

We are happy to return full-price and sale items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of delivery. For purchases made in-store, please refer to your printed receipt.

UK Online Returns

FREE - For free UK returns please click HERE and complete the form to receive your free returns label. (UK customers only, some exclusions apply)

FREE - Alternatively you can drop off your return with us in-store anytime during our opening hours.

International Returns

Return back to our store returns department. We recommend that when returning goods to us you ship them via a trackable/signed for with insurance. Sefton does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
