Sefton is only able to dispatch orders on working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.
All orders are shipped using Tracked Service and you will be sent notification as soon as we ship.
Our standard UK delivery charge (excluding Channel Islands) is £2.95 and please allow 3-5 workings days. This is FREE on orders over £100.
Special requests can be made for UK Next Day delivery, orders must be received by 12 noon the day before, this is charged at £5.95.
We also offer FREE in-store pick up.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside the UK.
We are sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below.
To request a refund or exchange please email email@example.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.
We will provide you the returns address to send the item back to and we will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.
If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Orders purchased with gift vouchers are refunded through voucher amount rather than cash.
Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by us. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
