Different Billing Address's & PO Boxes
Unfortunately, at this time we do not deliver to PO Boxes and reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.

Select ‘pick up from store’ at the delivery options at the checkout, print off your order confirmation or order number & bring it with you to the store. Should you choose to have the item shipped at a later point we will need to take a shipping payment by phone.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 20% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.
As a part of the Rep. of Korea / E.U. trade agreement, we will supply any customers with the relevant Preferential Origin Declaration paperwork to state that goods purchased - where applicable - are of E.U. manufactured origin.
Sefton is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 14 days after you receive your item/s. You have up to 7 days to send us an e-mail at: email@example.com to let us know the order number, what it is you are returning and the reason for the return, e.g. the item does not fit and you require a different size, we’ll supply you with a returns authorization code. You then have a further 7 days to send the goods back to our boutique. This means that the package must reach us within 14 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned unless sent via special delivery.
Sefton offers a Free Returns service for our UK Customers through Collect+. You can drop your return off at one of the 7500 Collect+ Convenience Stores, you can find your local Collect+ Store here.
In order to arrange your free return please contact the team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return. We will then process your return and you will receive an email from our returns partner with your free returns label for you to print off.
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest that when returning goods to the business you ship them via a trackable / signed for method, as the business does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please include the original shipping document plus the returns authorisation code in order to help us process a swift refund. Returned items without the correct documentation will be delayed in processing and will slow down the service we offer to you.
Please note all goods must be returned to us in a sound re-sellable condition with all original tags and packaging.
